Payment Options

Dr. Fox does not want cost to stand in the way of needed treatment. Therefore, we offer a variety of payment options. Our staff would be happy to discuss your individual financial needs. We gladly accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®, and CareCredit®. Payments can also be set up as a direct withdrawal from a checking account.

Many company health insurance policies include an orthodontic plan. If you have questions about this coverage, we may be able to answer them. As a service, our insurance secretary will process your forms and help solve any problems that arise. We will do everything we can to maximize the insurance benefits you are entitled to receive.
